Vehicle Retrieval
If your vehicle was towed by Kings Towing, you can recover it at our licensed storage facility. Follow the steps to the right and have your documents ready to expedite release.
Required at Time of Release
① Matching Government-Issued Photo ID
Your driver's license or state ID must match the name on your proof of ownership. Insurance cards are not accepted as proof of ownership.
② Proof of Ownership — One of the Following
Clean & clear title mailed or issued to you by the DMV, reflecting your name as owner, issued within the last 3 months.
Validated certificate of title printed at a DMV office with your name, printed within the last 7 days.
Signed-over title accompanied by a bill of sale dated less than 30 days ago.
Expired registration with a valid temporary moving permit.
Expired registration that expired within the last 7 days.
Expired registration with a letter from the lienholder confirming that the person named on the registration is the current owner.
Notarized letter of authorization from the registered owner authorizing you to pick up the vehicle on their behalf. The letter must include all of the following:
Do not waste your valuable time coming to our yard unless you have one of the proof-of-ownership scenarios listed above. Our staff cannot release the vehicle without it, no exceptions.
Towing Fees
All fees are regulated under Nevada CPCN #7242. The following are representative charges; exact fees depend on vehicle class and services rendered.

Fuel Surcharge

A fuel surcharge applies and will be listed as a separate line item on your release invoice.
Free Storage
48 hrs
No storage charges accrue during the first 48 hours after impound. Storage begins on the third day.
Daily Storage
Per Tariff
Inside and secured outdoor storage rates set per CPCN #7242. Rates are posted at the storage yard.
Gate Fee
After Hours
An after-hours gate fee may apply for releases requested outside of regular business hours.
Personal Property
No Charge
Access to personal property inside the vehicle during business hours is provided at no additional cost.
